Our activities include obtaining permits for the transit of military weapons and equipment, weapons, ammunition, explosives and pyrotechnic articles, as well as all ADR Class 1 goods and other dangerous goods in Hungary, while providing security services with armed security guards and vehicle escorts during transportation. What kind of product are you transporting? You have to choose!
It is depending on the type of the product that you are willing to ship, which authority authorizes the transit in Hungary, how long their administration is going to take and what the conditions of transit will they apply.
MILITARY TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
These include Commission Directive (EU) 2016/970, Directive 2009/43 /EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, listing products related to defence-related products by ML, such as ML1-ML22, ML23-ML26.
PRODUCTS FOR CIVIL USE
This category includes articles of heading 93KN, civilian handguns, weapons, parts, accessories, sub-assemblies, ammunition and cartridges of those, explosives and pyrotechnic articles for non-military purposes.
DUAL-PURPOSE PRODUCTS
Dual-use items can be used for both civil and military purposes. These products are listed in Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009 setting up a community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items
